Hair and beard transplant Whatever I needed or questions I had the representative was very good at answering through WhatsApp before I got to turkey. Booking the procedure was very easy. When I got to turkey the instructions that were giving were very clear as a representative is there waiting for you just outside the airport where your transfer will pick you up and take you to the hotel. The hotel itself was spot on for the 2 nights I stayed. Breakfast both mornings was very good aswell. There was room service I could order at night for tea aswell which was helpful especially on operation day as you don't want to be walking round looking for somewhere to eat.

Just returned to Australia after having my hair transplant procedure with Este Grande. I had an amazing experience with the team. Michael made me feel super welcome and looked after me the moment I hit the ground. Also, the doctor was a magician. Prior to the procedure I learned that if you insert the hair into the forehead muscle, it will just fall out in a few years, so the doctor spent almost an hour before making sure he got the line absolutely perfect to my natural hairline, while avoiding all the muscles in the forehead. I’m so grateful for this because I wasn’t knowledgeable of this issue and would have said yes to any line that looks straight if someone didn’t educate me on the problems that could occur. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend.

Big thanks to the team in Estegrande and to Micheal he’s the man he organised everything for me start to finish he’s always there to answer questions and give you best possible answers and advice he’s the professional and top with communication it was a pleasure and thank you! To the team at estegrande I want to thank you for my procedure it went very well with no issues everything went very smoothly and also professional and provided me with everything all tests before surgery to go smoothly and after for a health check and getting everything done on time with no long wait I’m very grateful! And at the end I got to enjoy my holidays before the end. Cheers!

Easy to communicate initial via Whatsapp with Michael, who was able to explain the process to me. On arrival in Istanbul i was met by my driver who brought me to my lovely hotel, Michael then messaged me to confirm what time my driver would pick me up the following morning to bring me to the Hospital. On arrival at the hospital the following morning, i had all my medical checks done, i.e ECG/Bloods etc. i then met the Doctors who would be doing the hair transplant, they were very friendly and professional. I left the hospital around 6pm and was taken back to my hotel, the following morning my driver picked me up and i met Michael and others who washed my hair, provided me with the after care products and gave me instructions of what the next 6 weeks will look like. This was a very good experience for me and i was looked after from the moment i made contact with Michael.

Very helpfull and professional team held my hand throughout the process. I strongly recommend the place.
